Copyright Policy

At Templio, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users, clients, and partners to do the same. This Copyright Policy outlines how we handle copyright issues on our website and services, and provides guidelines for reporting copyright infringement.

1. Ownership of Content

All content, materials, and digital assets available on the Templio website and delivered through our services are the property of Templio or its licensors, unless otherwise stated. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Website content, text, graphics, images, and logos.
  • Software, scripts, and code (including custom development work).
  • Designs, templates, and layouts (for websites or web apps).
  • Documentation, tutorials, and marketing materials.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or modification of any Templio-owned content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

2. Reselling Premium Shopify Themes

Templio may provide clients with access to premium Shopify themes that are licensed from third-party providers. All copyright and licensing rights for these themes remain with the original creators or licensors. Clients purchasing or using these themes through Templio are granted the license as per the terms provided by the theme creator.

3. User-Generated Content

Any content submitted, uploaded, or shared by users on Templio’s platforms, such as comments, reviews, or project materials, remains the property of the user. By submitting content, you grant Templio a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content solely for purposes related to providing services, promoting Templio, or as required by law.

4. Copyright Infringement Claims

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on Templio’s website or services without authorization, you may submit a DMCA-style notice including the following information:

  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • The location (URL) of the material that you believe infringes your copyright.
  • Your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email).
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Please send all notices to: contact@templio.site

Upon receiving a valid claim, Templio will investigate and may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.

5. Counter-Notification

If your content was removed due to a copyright claim and you believe it was done in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:

  • Identification of the removed content and its location before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  • Your contact information and consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
  • Templio will review counter-notifications and may restore content if appropriate under applicable laws.

6. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Compliance

Although based in India, Templio respects global copyright laws, including the DMCA (1998) provisions, to handle copyright disputes and protect creators’ rights.

7. Policy Updates

Templio may update this Copyright Policy from time to time to comply with applicable laws or reflect changes in our services. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
